By booking a safari with Tanzania Destination, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days in advance, full payment is required.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 31–60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15–30 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

3. Travel Insurance

All guests are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

4. Passport & Visa Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond their travel dates and for obtaining any necessary visas. Tanzania Destination can provide visa guidance but is not responsible for entry denials.

5. Health & Vaccinations

We recommend consulting a travel health clinic before your trip. Yellow fever vaccination is required if traveling from a yellow fever endemic country. Malaria prophylaxis is recommended for most safari areas.

6. Safari Conduct

For your safety and the protection of wildlife, all guests must follow their guide's instructions. Behavior that endangers wildlife, staff, or other guests may result in immediate removal from the safari without refund.

7. Liability

Tanzania Destination acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and other service providers. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for acts of God, political unrest, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Itinerary

Rarely, due to weather, road conditions, or park regulations, minor itinerary adjustments may be necessary. Tanzania Destination reserves the right to make such changes when required, always prioritizing guest safety and experience quality.

9. Photography & Media

By joining our safaris, you consent to Tanzania Destination using photos and videos taken during your trip for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify us in writing before your safari.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
